Am I Right?? has been nominated for a Canadian Comedy Award in the category of “Best Radio Program”. They are up against three things produced by the CBC and something made by SiriusXM. That’s right. Two multi-billion dollar corporations are up against two clowns who make a radio show for Junior High School kids looking to hear curse words on the radio. So hop on twitter, Facebook, and nexopia and tell your little buddies to vote for Am I Right?? today!
Am I Right?? Primer
Evan and Jesse have been producing this show since 2008 which means there are literally hundreds of past episodes. Here is a guide to five episodes that could serve as an introduction to the show and what it is all about.
2011 a year in review
This re-cap of the year includes contributions from comedians: Amanda Brooke Perrin, Andrew Phung, Bob Kerr, Dylan Gott and Adam Christie, Jen Kirkman, Anthony Jeselnik, Kenny Hotz, Marc Maron, Neil Hamburger, Nick Flanagan, Jimmy Pardo, Paul F Tompkins, Sara Hennessy, Spencer Rice, STEVE-O, George Stroumboulopoulos, Terry Cahill, Eric Amber, Todd Glass, Jon Wurster, Ian Thomas Day, Russell Bowers, Chris Griffin, Marito Antonio Lopez, Doug Mutai.
Nick Flanagan and George Strombolopolous
Favoured Contributor Nick Flanagan (@xflanx) stops by to be awesome, and to tell us all about his new position on The Official Danko Jones Podcast, and we’re interupted by CBC Television’s George Strombolopolous (@strombo), star of “George Strombolopolous Tonight”, who’s got some weird score to settle. This, you gotta hear.
Comedy’s Shakespeare, Anthony Jeselnik, joins Evan and Jesse for maybe the nerdish-ist episode of Am I Right?? to date. Learn about the value of comedy classes, learning from David Milch and just how Jeselnik got to be one of the funniest comics going. THIS IS A GOOD ONE. Listen!
Paul F. Tompkins
Well, we’ve done it again – another AM I RIGHT?? CLASSIC! Not classic as in re-run, but classic like To My Brother Russell or Wild and Crazy Guy or that Julius Caesar skit from Wayne and Schuster classic – kids will be quoting it and hungover english teachers will be playing it in class for years and years and years.
April Wine Retrospective
Um, yeah, sure, ah, Jesse and Evan couldn’t make it to the station this week, because they clearly don’t care. So I found a tape in the CJSW Tape Room. I guess that was an April Wine Greatest Hits retrospective or something. Not sure. Didn’t listen. Anyway, I’m forcing these two to put this up in their stream because, well, they could use the punishment. After all, they punish us with their bullstuff every week. So here we are.
- Joe Burima, Program Manager, CJSW 90.9 FM.
PS: I’d like to that the following people because those two idiots won’t: Ian Thomas Day, Amanda Brooke Perrin, Tyler Alexander Frasier, Chad Ketchup Saunders, Grant Pinky Buchanan, and Sarah Jane Ford

Jimmy Pardo of the podcast Never Not Funny and television talk-show Conan (Yeah. That Conan) lends the boys his support.
