Here’s some bio stuff if your interested:

AUDIO

Since his much acclaimed debut album “To The Edge of Reason” on Dylan & Tech Itch’s label Tech Freak, Audio has moved his production on further still, maintaining his trademark hard hitting drums & bass, but adding a more organic, deeper edge to his already unique sound. 2009 saw him collaborating in the studio with the mighty Dom for a track on the groundbreaking album “No Strings Attached”, as well as crafting “Control Freak” specifically for BCUK’s “Bad Taste 3″ album project. Rounding off the year with a bang, he completed one of his personal ambition’s, a 12″ released on the seminal Virus Recordings “Planet Fall / Pandorum”. The success of the release resulted in the rare opportunity of making a solo artist album for the Virus imprint, ensuring his name, if not already, firmly as one of the big hitters in dnb. The response has been immense, being a staple for dj’s to throw down in almost every single genre of dnb!

TAXMAN

They say nothing in life is certain but death and taxes, but Taxmans success seemed just as certain from the outset. If youve been anywhere near a drum & bass dancefloor in the past couple of years then you know this mans productions, and youll have been throwing your arms up and calling for DJs to reload his tracks on more than one occasion!
One such anthem being the immense Too Bad, a cunning blend of reggae vocal snippets, face smacking beats and a bassline so heavy you need a friend to help you pick the vinyl up! Coincidentally the track was made the same day that Hype signed Taxman to Real Playaz, although it was over a year later that he was asked to mix it down properly. From that track Taxman became as close to a household name as anyone in drum & bass can claim, getting playlisted for daytime play on BBC 1Xtra and receiving the rewind treatment from all the top DJs in the scene.

Stay fresh calgary,
