Western Canadian Tour – New Album ‘Gaia/Goya’

‘Gaia/Goya’, the latest from the Winnipeg-based Keith Price Trio, is a progressive jazz album that has been finding as many new fans amongst non-jazz listeners as within the jazz scene.

The Keith Price Trio, with Keith Price on guitar, Julian Bradford on bass, and Curtis Nowosad on drums, were some of the program’s very first students are now carving their way onto the national jazz scene. With a mix of indie rock/pop instrumentals and strong original compositions, the trio is searching for a way to use all they’ve learned about the American jazz tradition while making music that is relevant in the 21^st century.
