CJSW would like to acknowledge that the City of Calgary is located on the traditional territories of the Blackfoot Confederacy, the people of Treaty 7, and the Metis Nation of Alberta, Region III.
With the 2017 municipal election, CJSW 90.9 FM seeks to uphold a standard we have set for ourselves, and for others in Calgary and across Canada, in election coverage. In total, we will be producing 14 segments that answer commonly asked election questions, as well as 15 forums for every Ward (14) and mayoral candidates (1) that will be recorded in CJSW’s Studio 1.
