Austin interviews Kathleen Delay, director of SmartLife at the Canadian National Institute for the Blind (CNIB). The CNIB Foundation is a non-profit organization that offers programs and advocacy to folks who are blind or partially sighted to live independent and full lives. CNIB SmartLife is Canada's largest retailer, training, and program service provider for assistive products for people with sight loss.
