CJSW Presents recordings from the Mental Health Awareness Day of the Siksika Health Fair 2022, which took place at the Gordon Yellow Fly Memorial Arbor in June.

The three keynote speakers for the event were Dr. Leroy Little Bear, Dr. Angela Farris and Waneek Horn-Miller, who shared their research and experiences on topics surrounding mental health. Each episode focuses on a different speaker’s presentation, adding context to the speeches and providing listeners with practical tools to help maintain and develop mental health and wellness.
