The Spin Evolution features an interview with Dove of Jr. Gone Wild, a band that spurred the first generation of Canadian Alt Country before it was a genre. Jr. Gone Wild were born in Alberta, with relentless tours, and record deals in LA, they called in quits in the 90s, resurfaced in 2013, and wisely used the lockdown to record a new album to release in November 2021. Jr. Gone Wild just played Calgary Folk Fest's Serenades, their first glorious show since the lockdowns began
