SOUND DEATH: endangered, delicate, and increasingly rare (Part 2)
SOUND DEATH // Part 2 draws from endangered, delicate, and increasingly rare sounds, soundscapes, and ideas. Some works on today’s program are related to human death and decomposition; others focus on overbreeding, extinction, fictional field recordings, and mythical explorations of sleep as a death-like (and yet, life-like) state of being.
